Over his many years of practice, Dr. Milburn has gained tremendous experience in diagnosing and treating common and rare skin diseases. Dr. Milburn focuses on providing the latest treatments. He is a professor with Columbia University Medical Center, and regularly teaches dermatology residents and medical students.

He has had years of experience in treating skin cancer and has worked with plastic surgeons. He makes every effort to minimize scars after surgery. He is an expert in diagnosing skin diseases, as well has treating conditions of the hair and nails. He does not do cosmetic procedures.
